Baked Eggs with Cheddar and Bacon

4 eggs
4 T. skim milk
2 T. light cheddar cheese, shredded
2 bacon strips, cooked, chopped

Coat 4-oz ramenkins with cooking spray. Break an egg and add a tablespoon of milk in each.  Top each egg with a half tablespoon of cheese.

Bake at 325 F for 12-17 minutes depending how you like your eggs.

Once eggs are cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle with bacon pieces.

Calories per serving: 95

*Note: for added flavor you can try adding salt, pepper, parsley, salsa, changing meats to a pepperoni or ham, adding veggies like peppers or onion.  Just remember it will alter your calorie count.
