1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 can (28 ounces) baked beans
1 c. frozen corn, thawed
4 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sauteed fresh mushrooms
1 c. shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
12 whole wheat tortillas (8 inches), warmed
3 c. shredded lettuce
3/4 c. salsa
3/4 c. reduced fat sour cream
Cook beef over medium heat in a large nonstick skillet. Once it's no longer pink drain grease and return to pan and heat. Stir in beans, corn, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 4-5 minutes or until heated through.
Spoon about 1/2 c. of beef mixture onto each tortilla. Top with cheese, lettuce, sour cream and salsa. Roll up and enjoy!
