1 lb. (450 g) pork tenderloin, cut into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c. broccoli
1 1/2 c. baby carrots, halved
1 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. onion, sliced
1/2 c. 25%-less-sodium beef broth
1 T Kraft Light Smooth Peanut Butter
1/4 c. reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 T Sriracha Hot Sauce
1 1/2 c. spaghettini or rice vermicelli, cooked
Heat dressing in wok and add pork strips, stir frying about 3-5 minutes until pork is browned. Add vegetables, broth, garlic, soy sauce and hot sauce. Cook until vegetables are tender to your liking. Add pasta and toss.
