Chicken Shawarma

1/2 c. english cucumber, diced
2 T.  reduced fat plain greek yogurt
1 1/2 T. tahini sauce
1 T. lemon juice
1/2  t. salt, divided
1 T. garlic salt
1 t. curry powder
1/2 t. ground pepper
400 grams chicken breast, boneless, skinless
4 whole wheat pitas breads
tomato, diced
lettuce

Preheat grill to medium heat.  Slice chicken breasts in half crossways.  In a small mixing bowl combine garlic salt, curry, pepper and half the salt.  Rub each side of the chicken breast.  Coat grill with cooking spray and place chicken on top.  Leave on grill until cooked through on both sides.

Meanwhile, combine cucumber, yogurt, tahini sauce, lemon juice and other half of salt.  Mix well.

On top of each pita place lettuce leaves until top is completely covered.  This will help prevent the bread from becoming soggy.  Spread about a tablespoon or two of the sauce on half of the pita and top with tomatoes followed by chicken.  Fold in half like a taco and enjoy!
