General Tso Chicken

1/3 c. light brown sugar, packed
2 T. hoisin sauce
2 T. rice wine vinegar
2 T. ketchup
2 T. soy sauce
1/3 c. water
2 t. olive oil
180 grams chicken breast, boneless, skinless
3 T. cornstarch
2 c. broccoli
1 c. carrots, sliced
1 c. mushroom, sliced
1/4 c. onion, sliced

Mix sugar, hoisin sauce, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, and water in a small bowl and set aside.

Cut chicken into bite size pieces and coat with cornstarch.  In a large frying pan heat olive oil.  Cook chicken until golden brown on all sides.  Set aside.

Add sauce and veggies into pan.  Cook until veggies are tender.  Add chicken and stir.  Let cook until sauce coats chicken.
