Herb Chicken with Mushrooms

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
   cooking spray
1/2 cup onions slivered
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 clove minced garlic
1 ounce red wine
2 tsp. Montreal Steak Spice

Place each chicken breast between 2 pieces of heavy-duty plastic wrap; pound to 1/3-inch thickness using a meat tenderizer.  Spray each side lightly with cooking spray and place in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.  Cook 5-6 minutes on each side or until browned.

Remove chicken from pan.  Coat pan with cooking spray and add mushrooms, onions and garlic.  Cook 1 minute stirring constantly.  Add wine and Montreal Steak Spice and stir.  Return chicken to pan and cover, cooking 3-4 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and chicken is done. 

Place chicken on a platter and top with mushroom mixture.
