Mushroom Bruschetta Chicken

450 g fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2 T balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Cook mushrooms and onions in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Add vinegar and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.  Transfer to bowl and cover to keep warm.  Add chicken to skillet and cook about 5 minutes on each side or until done.

Top chicken with mushrooms, cover and cook for 2 to 4 minutes to allow flavours to blend.
